Pros

Positive and energetic company with good management team including John, Evan, and Jacob.

Cons

Sometimes the free lunches they provide arrive late. (Just kidding really. We have a great group with only an exception or two, but they seem to be people who would complain about anything - including a free lunch!)

Pros

Nothing comes to mind other than the lunches that are paid for and provided by the company (most of the time). However, it's on John Dundon's terms so you can guarantee that he will intentionally order wrong food items or just "forget" to order your food altogether which means no lunch that day.

Cons

Lack of empathy for employees, High/Unrealistic expectations with low wages/pay, Limited training, Weird/Cringy vibes from manager at Binghamton site (John P. Dundon), No benefits for PT/FT/Contract employees, Expected to work or "actively monitor" on evenings, weekends, vacation days, sick days, etc. John P. Dundon takes advantage of the system and anyone he comes across. He hates transparency and paying his employees fair because he is greedy, cheap, shady and likes to cut corners on costs; he keeps his employees stagnate so he doesn’t have to pay them what they deserve!
