Pros

Great work environment, and everyone is willing to help the interns. It is clear that there are no "dumb" questions, and you get quite a bit of exposure to senior leaders. Additionally, you work on projects that full time employees would do so you feel that you can really make an impact as an intern.

Cons

Slow hiring process. I submitted my application in November and did not interview until February. Most other big firms had already handed out internship offers.
