      Pros

      Friendly co-workers and CEO. I wish the CEO heard how people are being treated. The culture would be better instead of always feeling the elephant in the room. Working hard for less than the average pay.

      Cons

      Office management is extremely unprofessional, mean, degrading to people. Turnover is consistent and cannot retain the good wokers due the bullying of one manager who is miserable and extremely rude.

      Pros

      The company values your opinion. My coworkers and I work well as a team. The company strives to put out top notch products and cares about their customers.

      Cons

      As in all work places there are some workers that do not give 100% but the company does try to keep doing things to encourage employees to do their best.
