- relaxed creative environment - everyone is mostly self managed - all hands on deck attitude will get you experience in many fields - trade shows and convention work - good core group

- Not structured. Not really a "con" for a creative go-getter but if you need to be told what to do and how to do it in order to be productive, dont bother working here. - Very "LA lifestyle" office mentality that can come off fake or unnatural. Not the best place to making genuine connections with people.

Small business - good talented people. Access to learning opportunities in different departments.

Poorly managed, employees are not appreciated. Very high turn over rate
