Pros
Good training, ease of scheduling. Co-workers and managers and students were all great.
It was enjoyable work and I was able to teach many of my kid's friends which was fun.
They offer a nice discount for classes for employee's kids. Also, you can sometimes purchase cars. We did both.
Since I only did in-car training I can't speak to the classroom. But on the road it's clear that the kids want to be there and learn so they behave well. Communication is key with parents and I never had any problems with them.
I have to say that I liked the job a whole lot more than I thought I would! I only left due to my spouse's serious health issues and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Cons
Having to schedule out a few weeks can be inconvenient but it is understandable.
My regular job at the time was work from home so I was used to little direct management. That might not be ideal for some.
As others have said, it can be a challenge to get from one pickup/dropoff point to another in the time allowed.
