Long-term Employee Review - Anonymous employee Toppers Pizza Employee Review

Very poor management, Ownership is near retirement and no longer cares about their businesses. Allows management full freedom to hire/fire as they please regardless of how long you've worked for the company or how loyal you have been. They will chew you up and spit you out after they've used you to your core. Management will claim that their top concern is "employee safety" and then force you into unsafe situations and/or guilt trip you for not adhering to their demands. Drivers are grossly underpaid and under appreciated compared to competing businesses and food is overpriced for the customers.
