      Pros

      No employee contribution to health care benefits. 100% match on 401K up to first 6%. 7% contribution to retirement benefits, separate from 401K.

      Cons

      Vesting schedule is poor and lengthy. Salaries are below market rate. Working hours are extremely long. There is no work life balance. The company reneges on all its promises to the employees even if they were made in writing. The spin just changes. People are looking to jump ship.

      The schedule is tough because of long hours, but you only work 4 days a week.

      Inconsistent directives, no communication, and constantly ignored and leaves employees feeling unappreciated, and undervalued.
