      Pros

      Company is good to work for. The pay is good for the area, and employees are treated well. Paid time off is generous.

      Cons

      It is a little top heavy with management. Too many operations managers. Communication is not as good as it could be. Work campuses are locked down. No one can leave the building or the campus during their shift.

      Fellow coworkers were nice. Most everyone was very respectful, and worked together

      Corporate has unrealistic expectations of perfection. Management plays favorites. White Glove District Manager tears through people of one pencil is out of sequence. You will experience mistreatment if the Manager decides he doesn’t like you, or if he’s just in a bad mood. He’ll take it out on you
