I have been working at Transport for London full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free travel (including free travel for a nominated family member). Great pension. Good holiday allowance. Flexible hours. Good work/life balance having a 35 hour working week.

    Cons

It's hard to get promoted if you don't butter up to the right people. Too many contractors. Unfriendly senior management. Many unproductive workers that seems to get away with doing little or no work. Freeze on sponsorship for qualifications.

    Advice to Management

Invest in current staff, ensure that staff are working and hire permanent staff instead of keeping contractors.
