Pros

Great culture, the people at MSTS are very friendly and supportive of new hires. There is a big focus to double the business results by year 2020. The company leadership prides itself with helping you be an effective team member through on-job training and an excellent new hire on boarding program. The company culture supports it all, and everyone at MSTS wants you to be successful.

Cons

I've not experienced any cons at MSTS. All technology firms operate in an environment of fast and rapid change, and MSTS is no different. As a Financial Technology company striving to deliver high quality software and client experiences, you are seen as a valuable team member from day one and you become personally motivated to help your fellow team members make positive impacts.

Pros

Flexibility is literally the only pro to this place however even that has changed now that everyone is forced into the office for 3 days a week.

Cons

Compensation fairness is a constant issue. New employees often come in with much higher salaries than those already in similar positions, and it can take ages to get a response on pay adjustment requests. There's a clear trust gap between the leadership and the staff. A lot of team members feel that their feedback regarding culture, transparency, and internal matters isn't always taken seriously. While diversity and inclusion are talked about at a high level, it seems like employees in some international offices get different levels of attention and opportunities. The company also tends to stay neutral on larger social issues, which might not sit well with employees who want a more progressive approach from the organization.
