Pros
I spend so much of my time at work laughing and having fun it seems wrong to get paid so well for it. The people here are awesome, everyone works really hard, and cares about doing the best job possible for the customers and the company. You get to learn alot, chances to advance if you hustle and learn, and the bosses try to listen even if they don't always act on the staff ideas.
Cons
There is a lot of multi-tasking, and it is a growing company so sometimes we have to pull together to find solutions that work as we handle more volume. But even when it gets really stressful we can still have a laugh. The managers and co-workers seem to be understanding if you miss the mark, but they try to have us all learn how to avoid mistakes again. The standards here are really high, they demand alot - but they tell you the expectations upfront, and if you have the skill and hardwork you get along fine.
