      Pros

      Prior to ~2023 it was a wonderful place to work. The culture, pay, and benefits were great.

      Cons

      Gone down hill fast. Constant lay offs of incredible talented people. Only enough left to keep the lights on. Do not recommend right now.

      Pros

      The pace and work/ life balance are very manageable and they are still pro remote work which is a huge benefit as a lot of companies push return to office. The benefits and salaries are great compared to the industry standards.

      Cons

      Lots of turmoil, changeover, layoffs and chaos caused by a recent re-org. ELT does not have vision or innovation outside of “AI” and it’s hard to feel confident about the long term success of the company. Lots of white men who lack creativity.
