Pros
One of the better sales offices I have worked in. Professional work environment whilst still being able to have a chat with others so not too strict. I had no experience in the energy industry however I have been trained to a great standard to which I now am knowledgeable. Great support from those around
Cons
Have nothing bad to say

Cons
• pay is rarely correct • they “gifted” holidays for Christmas closure and forced us to sign forms to confirm that we understood we’d have them deducted if we chose to leave by April. We were part of a training scheme that was due to end in March and we were reassured we would not be deducted if the company let us go prior to that. However, they did. They deducted all of us and cancelled the training scheme in mid January. • had several meetings about how we should pay no mind to the owners ‘sketchy’ dealings in the past as they would have no weight going forwards. • a few of the managers had affairs with employees and engaged in the selling of illegal substances while at work. • claim to be supportive of the LGBTQ+ community but then told somebody to simply ‘think before they speak’ after that person went on a 2 hour homophobic rant in the training room, calling the whole community ‘unnatural’ and ‘disturbing’ and using their Christianity as an excuse.
