Pros
Twice weekly lunches catered. Possible bonus of about per paycheck for new client referrals. Decent benefits.
Cons
Company follows "biblical values", so any semblance of diversity and inclusion is out the window. Management and other staff members have made many derogatory remarks about trans, LGBTQ+, and non-Christian coworkers, with no repercussions. All questions to HR about disability accommodations are directed to the "disability coordinator", who will then refer them to the insurance company. Metrics for quarterly bonuses seemed to flux every month or more, and were not made firm and available to employees before performance evaluations at the end of the quarter. With the new phone/email software, every word said can count against performance. Not using their specified script on calls or sounding the least bit unhappy can completely decimate the chance of a quarterly bonus. The criteria for success in this area is objective, and can cause extreme anxiety. Management will brush this off as "just nerves". Very little opportunity to move to any position outside of the Operations department. Management feels out of touch in what clients need/want, as very few have ever answered the phone or responded to emails directly. Too many "restructures" within the past year give every job a very loose description of responsibilities.
