      You can spend some time for Yourself and nobody cares about it

      Cons

      This is black hole for software engineer. Old and not interesting projects. Limitation of accesses to everywhere. People think about moving from the company as soon as possible. It's good place for engineers who don't want to develop themselves in the way of engineering.

      Pros

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Cons

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
