Pays 100% employee medical. If you have a POOR work ethic, you don't have to show up to work, and you don't have to perform your job duties. Nobody's watching, nobody cares.
Cons
For those of you with a GOOD work ethic, your poor quality team members don't have to show up for work, they don't have to perform their duties, so you can't perform your duties. Most members of management are clueless, if/when they show up. No accountability, no organization, very dysfunctional, and there's too much dishonesty. They don't pay their subs. Field project team members are ignored, they get no support, then they are blamed for the projects failures. Nobody knows who they report to, or who and what they are responsible for.
