      I learned how to be an effective teammate and used all of the inspiration I gained to grow as a leader. Lessons come from experience, and I’ve had good and bad leadership. You take it all in and become the leader you wish you had.

      Gotta be flexible, even when it’s inconvenient.

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
