      Pros

      Great community, amazing people. Good for friendships and bonding, while learning a lot very fast.

      Cons

      No work life balance if you get unlucky and get put into short term projects Health is spoiling working 15+ hours daily, though might not be long term, 2-4 weeks is bad enough
