Else you won't get anything. 3) Non technical manager won't understand any technical issues, does not know how to run a project just like puppets for management. 2) Sr Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement and comfortability.Can make or break your career within a day. 3) Hire freshers from colleges and make them as slave ask them to work 24 hrs in office. 4) They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. 5) HR can't take any decision and they needs to depend / obey with higher management. 5) Technology is behind the times.
