Since the company is growing you may be first to author a new process or even make your mark in the company's history. Overall the basic corporate culture encourages employees to work and play hard.
Cons
Although the culture is positive at a corporate level the support to the individual at the department level isn't strong while expectations still remain high. Little is done by management or HR to map career paths. High potentials slip through the cracks and careers plateau. The best way to survive is to "find a way" to get the job done while keeping your head down. Ideas not thought through from top ranks turn into fire drills which can derail other reasonable projects. Also, the culture is young and sports oriented which is reminiscent of the popular kids and fraternity days.
