Difficult to find honest and hard working staff but the company is so well organized, our customers are well supported.

The CEO. He thinks so highly of himself, never admits when he is wrong. He believes he treat his his employees right, but the truth is no one is happy. He holds all the "benefits" over your heads and wonders why there is high turn over. He proclaims to be a man of God, but is self serving and narcissistic. This leads to a toxic environment and proves to be counterproductive. Due to the lack of staff and high turnover, there is no way to get the work load done. If it doesn't get done you will hear about it, in front of all your peers.
