Pros
First of all let me make it very clear to all the job seekers reading this review, please do not go with the positive reviews mentioned on Google for this company & they are forcefully removing the genuine reviews. Employees and Trainees have been forced to write positive reviews about the company to improve their reputation. (You can check the reviewers profile. i.e there will be only 1 or 2 reviews) This review is given by Ex Unicsol Employees. Pros 1.If you want job for only name and with no salary you are at right place. 2.Every month between 10 to 15 you will get you playslip for sure(Only PaySlip). 3.You can learn(Only Angular 2+.Node JS) irrespective of your salary. 4.Some of the best facullty’s or trainers exists before but not now.
Cons
Now coming back to the CONs about this company. 1.As per the higher Management Ethics and Integrity are the pillars of this organisation and ironically they are the ones who make a mockery of it. 2.They will hire the people who paid 50 or 60k amount irrespective of their technical stuff. 3. Higher Management has been literally enjoying their time here as they are paid extremely high (By employees and students) and have no sorts of experience at all and doing nothing productive here. 4. Hire and fire game. If you have no self respect for yourself this is the right place for you. 5. Bad Culture, worst working conditions, no planning,no employee engagement activities. 6. They will say that they will not pay you for first 4 months but coming to reality they will not pay you for 6 to 7 months. 7. To be frank there is no stability in project management. 8.Management tries to escape from the situation every month when there is a need of paying salary’s. 9.Poor and very unplanned management. 10.For the people who came for training they will charge like any thing but trust me there is no proper faculty to teach them. 11.If you ask salary the HR people will blame Management and vice-versa. 12.Lastly ,People like me are waiting for FnF settlement from past 4 months ,but they are not even replying over mails and not picking up the call as well. 13. CEO don’t know any technical aspect. As he don't know any technical stuff, he keeps giving unnecessary requirement daily and asks the developers to complete in a matter of 1-2 days. 14.CEO keep on delaying the dates of payment and always keep on escaping from the date. Note :All these points are not from one employee
