Former Employee - Supply Chain Analyst in Shelton, CT
    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Unilever full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Employee discounts are great - Fast paced environment - Great company name for your resume - One of the top, award winning supply chain's - Ability to work cross functionally with many different departments

    Cons

    - The managers and directors, all the way up to the president of North America, and the CEO in Europe are very distant from the work the analysts do. Some managers are micromanagers some are very distant, hands off and only get involved when there are problems - Analysts lack trust in leadership...seems like there is always an ulterior motive for various initiatives like closing an office and outsourcing jobs.
