Admin - Anonymous employee Union Steel Employee Review

A family business with almost zero chance of promotion. No annual bonus and very minimum annual pay raise. Recently the company are hiring more (and younger) family members resulted in no proper chain of command (as these "top management related staff" like to overwrite instruction given by "non-related" management). Company has been continuously trying to cut cost. Employees are instructed to take up multiple job responsibility as company is trying not to hire new employee to replace those who quit. Top management like to micro manage all his staff creating a stressful working environment.
