They will help you find a way to grow your career within this space and are very understanding and flexible regarding employee needs. They really consider and implement employee suggestions, just a really great team environment! The HR team is also phenomenal. They make a lot of effort to engage employees and bring teams that don't usually interact together for fun monthly games and remote gatherings, among many other things they do to foster a fun, professional and inclusive work environment.

The pay rate is on the lower end for an RN, but commensurate with the M-F 9-5, work from home, and stress-free work that is hard to find for an RN.

Work from home, not micromanaged.
