Working in an international environment.

The employer did not follow the Employment Standards Act while I worked there and tried to convince me I was not entitled to overtime pay and paid staat holidays despite printed information from an ESA officer proving the opposite. I was made feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, boundaries during time off were not respected. The employer also changed my schedule (which affected compensation) with less than 24 hours notice.

The staff are wonderful to work with. Beautiful setting.

Vancouver management is unethical and does not treat their employees well. There are no boundaries and you will be expected to respond to text messages, phone calls from the Owner at all hours and on weekends.
