Horrible - Sales Associate Urban Customz Employee Review

Working with nice people (coworkers)

The worst management ever. They treat you like garbage, pay minimum wages and expect you to do everything humanly possible. They don’t pay on time. The owner is a disgusting human being. Beware!!!!

They're willing to take a chance on beginner designers and the customers are usually really nice.

I only worked for 2 months because it got too stressful. The owners are rude to their employees and do not respect them. Not to mention, I was hired as a graphic designer but I barely did any design. I was basically just a sales associate. I was only initially given 2 training days so I requested more time and I was given one more day before I was expected to work all day by myself. When the one other person who worked at my location couldn't show up, I was made to work for 3 weeks straight. My biggest stresses, however, were the owners being mean. The location I worked at was not high in sales, and any time it was bad, the blame was put on the person working despite the fact that the store was in such a bad part of the mall, AND they never advertised for this location. Every other customer I got would say "I didn't know this store existed!" so they wouldn't buy anything because they didn't come prepared. They do not respect their employees, and I salute anyone who is still working here, you are much stronger than me.
