Pros
They're willing to take a chance on beginner designers and the customers are usually really nice.
Cons
I only worked for 2 months because it got too stressful. The owners are rude to their employees and do not respect them. Not to mention, I was hired as a graphic designer but I barely did any design. I was basically just a sales associate. I was only initially given 2 training days so I requested more time and I was given one more day before I was expected to work all day by myself. When the one other person who worked at my location couldn't show up, I was made to work for 3 weeks straight.
My biggest stresses, however, were the owners being mean. The location I worked at was not high in sales, and any time it was bad, the blame was put on the person working despite the fact that the store was in such a bad part of the mall, AND they never advertised for this location. Every other customer I got would say "I didn't know this store existed!" so they wouldn't buy anything because they didn't come prepared.
They do not respect their employees, and I salute anyone who is still working here, you are much stronger than me.
