      Not bad at all. Nice to work over there. Good experience and life safety. Love to join again if opportunity provided. Good wages for your work.

      Not much. Hardly any challenge. Challenge from management side. No training provided. Only outcome nerded

      Pros

      Good pay but very limited benefits. Offers a health plan but your "shared" costs are more than an outside plan. They must make money on it.

      Cons

      It's a fiefdom. Very smart and shrewd owners operate it like dictators. If you say the wrong thing or disagree with them, out you go. The supposed "partners" live in constant fear of getting fired. The owners secretly own many other related companies that are leaches. It's all about the money and they have no compassion for employees or customers whatsoever.
