      Vaisala operates in very interesting business areas (weather, energy renewal) and usea advabced technologies. Hence for employees there's possibility for learning

      Cons

      Vaisala works still in a very traditional way. The HR is very weak: it does not push people management guidelines and does not add any value. Actually their decisions are usually against employees.

      Pay not up to standard Starting to become a Micro-managed company Benefits (401-K) not up to par with others Greed at the top; making targets that are not realistic. Now more added management layers that only monitor the workers
