      - staff are great - plenty of resources

      Cons

      -Say they will train you and grow your skill set. But do nothing. - The country manager made promises of mentoring and training but couldn't fulfil his obligations. - expected a brand new employee to know and grow new accounts when your new to the sector.

      Pros

      I have been here at Velcro for over 3 years now and it has been a great experience for me. Overall the supervisors and manager have been very helpful and a good team environment. There is room for growth and the pay is good as well.

      Very nice group of people to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of tribal knowledge. No clear direction from the leadership team: everything is a priority - "want it all for yesterday" attitude. Only certain opinions of certain department have weight, leaving no option but for the rest to follow. Lack of team work among departments.
