I have been working at Verastar part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Promotions tend to be in house.
Experience rather than age is the main factor.
    Teams incentives are quite good.

    Cons

They spend far too much time checking work, call monitoring etc to the point of huge back logs.
    There is no sick pay.
Employees get far too stressed before anyone notices.
    Bonuses are not fair.
Email to Customers has to go through a correspondence department which creates unnecessary work for them.
Far too much emphasis on being a few minutes late.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time encouraging staff than backchecking work.
Since there is no sick pay, there could be more incentive/bonuses for being frequently on time and not taking sick days. Rather than just at the Nov/Dec period.
