    Pros

    Money can be amazing.

    Cons

    Poor management. HR department on its backside, all bar 2 are stuck up their own behinds and unapproachable. They support senior members off staff rather than all. No customer care. Sloppy selling. Poor selling is a culture and encouraged down the chain of comandment. All about numbers on the board rather than selling correctly and keeping business for as long as possible. Numbers of customers speaks for... themselves.

    No weekends, competitive salary, good benefits

    Cons

    No customer service, cover up many internal errors which customers have to pay for.

    Advice to Management

    Try being honest and start treating staff and customers with the same respect you would expect for yourself.

    I worked at Verastar full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The people that work within the company.

    Cons

    The company provides terrible services, with poor staff training which creates numerous issues constantly with customers accounts. The management do not care at all about the staff and just want to meet their targets. No one knows what they are doing which is just creating more issues for the company. They are stuck in the past with their systems and very backwards regarding issues.

    Advice to Management

    Train your staff better & you’ll reap the rewards.
