    Cons

    Poor pay, low pay rises, no sick pay, no compassionate paid leave meaning another money-related worry when close family members pass away, tries to sell the working hours as flexible however, there is a school-like clocking in and out system and no way to claim hours back if you work over these set hours (which happens on a regular basis)!

    Pros

    The people that work within the company.

    Cons

    The company provides terrible services, with poor staff training which creates numerous issues constantly with customers accounts. The management do not care at all about the staff and just want to meet their targets. No one knows what they are doing which is just creating more issues for the company. They are stuck in the past with their systems and very backwards regarding issues.

    Advice to Management

    Train your staff better & you’ll reap the rewards.
