sinking ship - Operations Manager Verifone Employee Review

1) too many people were laid off. knowledge flow away. Products on field are left with no support 2) e.g. Italy 80% of all employees were fired and left 20 are afraid and searching for new job. Verifone is not even considered as competitor anymore 3) no clear path. no directions from management 4) people who are styill with the company work days and late evenings to keep somehow done tasks of laid of people... someone has to do it anyway 5) highest management is one Vice president sitting on another Vice president. People are promoted for making Verifone a sinking ship
