Positive environment as they are taking full advantage of you..they would be very positive
Cons
You will work at least 10 hours a day...excepted to work sat and sunday....you will have to pay your own fuel for the forst 3 months...they will promis you a car and will never provide one...the basic pay is not actually a basic pay...its a basically a loan which they will take aways from you commission...i have never worked for a more un professional organisation in my life
