Manager and Hr are fraud - Devops Engineer Verizon Connect Employee Review

I got relieved during probation period and they asked me to pay sum amount xxxxx . I accepted. I confirmed to my manager that i will pay only xxxxx amount as total. Later after got resigned Payroll team Processed they gave different amount. Then I spoke with Hr about the agreement between my manager and myself. But HR and Manager informed me that both of them are not part of cash department. so they asked me to pay yyyyyy amount which is extra 1 lakh.
