HR will treat you as a servant. There is a lot of politics with no growth and no salary increment. They are busy showing off. Worst facilities are provide to employee. Bad Management, Late Salaries, Frequent salary deduction. They mentally pressurize employees. They made employee forcibly sign documents. Even if you give everything to the company you will get nothing in return, not even your experience letter, your salary and even your relieving letter. There is no on site opportunity at all....
