Honestly, this ship is sinking after Ross stepped down; no pros are starting 2023 or 9, and the people are holding impossible daydreaming.
Cons
Layoff Hard-workers and Revenue Driver: HR has negative knowledge, 0 employee support, and has no idea how the hiring process works but enjoys firing people. HR can easily mess up employees' information, bonuses, and even names. For a ticket with troubleshooting a client's ask, it took our "Valuable" engineers forever to respond and resolve.
