In my last five years of professional experience, the seven months I spent here were the most challenging of my career. There were also instances of unprofessional interactions with the PMO and inappropriate comments regarding employees’ personal relationships, which were unrelated to work or professional responsibilities. If you question incorrect practices or raise concerns—especially related to the PMO—GG may use CCTV footage selectively and out of context to justify termination, framing it as disrespect. Respect, however, should be mutual and earned. When employees raise concerns about delayed salaries, they are asked to justify their performance through KRAs/KPIs. At the same time, targets are often unrealistic, making it difficult to meet expectations. The e-learning division, led by the owner’s wife, also reflects similar issues of bias and a toxic work environment. The overall culture reflects a highly centralized, owner-driven organization where survival depends on staying in favor with leadership. When no professional issues can be found, personal remarks may be made regarding family, finances, or personal circumstances, which is highly inappropriate. I would not recommend joining this organization unless you are comfortable with excessive flattery toward leadership and avoiding constructive feedback. Advancement appears to be based more on favoritism than merit. Probation periods may be shortened for those who align closely with leadership behavior rather than performance.
