Although you may have only connected with junior staff members through your work here, most of our staff members have anywhere between 3 to 20 years of experience. Additionally, the majority have been working with us from 2 to 13 years. They have all been growing into senior positions as our company continues to support the success of millions of students across the world through ongoing technology innovation. We can assure you that in an environment where individual contribution is crucial to their success, those employees who have not proven themselves to be able to fit into a creative team of technology specialists, have found other fitting career paths. We provide industry standard compensation aligned with our staff members’ experience and responsibilities to fairly compensate the work they do. In addition, our employees are entitled to overtime if the occasional business needs require them to work extended hours.
