The People & Culture! Vynamic really does deliver what's said on the tin! I've been here almost a year, and can honestly say there is not one employee that does not live our company's strong values, including our wonderful CEO. From every employee's first week in the organisation - our CEO dedicates time to meet you and be part of your onboarding experience- i've never heard of such a thing else where, it's amazing and really get to feel part of the family! The Projects and development opportunities Coming from a previous big 4 consulting firm - i was always stuck within large teams, limited in opportunities to deliver value. Due to the nature of how we work with our clients across the industry, I get to finally work closely with clients and deliver true direct value whilst get to build incredible relationships. Variety of Projects Being passionate about Life Sciences and Healthcare as an ecosystem, I'm always curious to gain experience across the sectors. At Vynamic, your career and project choices are fully in your hands. It feels great to nolonger have the restrictions to align to a specific sector/consulting offering, but freedom to gain experience and deliver value in different ways.
