Pros
Laid back atmosphere. Can't really think of many pros besides the fact that they hire a lot. Definitely a revolving door and high turn over
Cons
No formal training. Side by side training and no formality, just all over the place. And please don't ask questions on something you don't understand because you will become the bad person. There is no overall structure. Managers don't even know what's going on.
