      Pros

      Big company and getting bigger. Making money in a tough brick and mortar retail environment. Trying to be an innovator in retail. Has over 8200 brick and mortar stores with good pharmacists.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical. Talks about acting fast but due to many layers of management, acts slowly. Top-heavy. Old school thinking.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
