Pros
There are some good employees that work there. Unfortunately, most of them are quitting or have been fired.
Cons
The owner of the company consistently and for years, lied to my face and to other high ranking employees on a regular basis. He gossips about other employees constantly behind their backs. Fires people without severance or good reason; usually through text or email. He also lies to future employers saying he fired past employees when they in fact quit. I know several former employees who have told me the owner lied about firing them because their current employers told them after checking to verify past employment with Warm Audio. The pay is no where near the industry standard and you will be expected to perform multiple jobs because no one wants to work there anymore. There are far more former employees of Warm Audio than there are current staff; this is because employees are not valued and either find better work elsewhere, quit because of personally not getting along with the owner, or are fired for not personally getting along with the owner. Steer clear of this place, I'd rather work at a gas station or fast food restaurant than be the Director of Operations at Warm Audio. You will never be paid what you're worth and will have all the stress and responsibility of a super high paying job - minus the pay.
