Not surprised at the downward trajectory - Business Development Manager Wealthify Employee Review

Complete culture shift to one of zero reward or recognition. BDMs do not get commission and judging from the reviews in the time since I have left, bonuses and incentives company wide are nothing to shout about. Lean teams stretched even further thin through redundancy and performance has clearly dipped as a result. Blame for this put on employees rather than actions of senior leadership. Very glad to be out.
