10yI'm very sorry to hear that your experience at Webcom was so negative. I'm not sure when you left Webcom, but we have made several changes to our management team to help improve accountability, effective workflow, and the culture. We have seen an improvement in morale with these changes, so it is too bad that you didn't get to experience some of the positive improvements. Thank you for sharing your perspective so that others can consider it when deciding about whether or not to join the Webcom team.
