Pros
In this company there is such a nice vibe people are very nice and you always feel very welcome. People are happy to help you and support you! I as well enjoy the drinks after work with my colleagues from all departments. The opportunity to grow as well new ideas are always welcome and you are given the freedom to put it in place.
Cons
As it is not a big corporate sometimes things can be a bit messy but it is as well nice as you have the freedom!
