It's a lot to learn but I don't mi d learning

It's a small branch from Germany. Workload can be less stressful than what it is on big companies

It is so unorganized. There's not much training and you end up with a lot of questions and hardly get answers. A lot of people feel entitled to boss you around even if they're not in your department. There is a lack of communication, all the procedures are too old school. There's a need of improving their internal system and everyone is always afraid of changes. There's not an HR department and that makes it complicated. The vacation and PTO are just combined together and that ends up not being convenient for the employees
