Pros
Nothing nice to say about the management
Cons
The hiring process is fundamentally broken under the current management. Hiring managers—mostly from India or South Asia—repeatedly favor candidates from their own cultural background, often handpicking individuals from their personal networks who speak the same language or come from the same region. This happens regardless of how qualified or competitive other candidates may be. It’s not about merit—it’s about familiarity. In my own experience, I was handed a predefined list of interview questions, and it was obvious that the favored candidates had been prepped in advance. They knew exactly what to expect during the 30-minute interviews, turning the whole process into a formality rather than an actual evaluation. What’s worse, management seems more interested in protecting their own positions than building a strong team. They intentionally hire people who will fall in line—those who won’t challenge decisions and will simply say “Yes, sir” to everything. It’s a system built on bias and control, not on talent or vision. This approach not only stifles innovation but also damages the credibility and long-term success of the organization.
