A couple co workers, decent benefit package.
Cons
Micro managing, cheap, rude owner, almost toxic, leads to counter productive/unnecessarily stressful environment. extremely high turnover. Never saw so many people leave or get laid off in such a short amount of time. Leads to doing other people’s job, with barely any training and not being appreciated it for it.
